Can I shop your products without buying a gift box?.
Yes, you sure can. If you head to our 'Custom' tab in the shop drop down menu, you will find all of the individual items for sale. Any items added to your cart without a gift box will be posted to you wrapped in tissue paper.
Can I add additional items to my gift box?
Yes, any additional items added to your cart with a gift box will be added into the gift box. For example, purchase a gift box for bub and add something little for Mama, like a block of Chocolate or a bath soak.
Do you post to hospitals?
Yes we do, we ask that you provide as much info as possible, ward name and room number if known.
How will my purchase be shipped?
We use Australia Post, a tracking number will be emailed once posted.
What are the delivery times?
It varies depending on where in Australia you are posting. Orders are sent from Wagga Wagga NSW - Post code 2650 via Australia Post. Here are some general guidelines:
Standard Shipping - 2 to 10 business days
Express Shipping - 1 to 4 business days
If you would like a more detailed estimate head to the Australia Post website, parcels are sent from post code 2650.
Do you ship express?
Yes, express shipping is $15.There is an express shipping option to select when going through the shopping cart.
What is your handling time?
Please allow up to 2 business days for handling time prior to shipping. Although every effort is made to have your order packaged and shipped ASAP.
