Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but will gladly exchange or offer a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item (s) must be returned to Clare & Co within 14 days of purchase and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have tags still intact. Perishable goods such as food are unable to be returned. 

Contact clareandcogifts@gmail.com to arrange any exchanges or reruns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be given a credit.
